The Full Soirée Experience is the most comprehensive wedding planning experience we offer. This experience is designed to create a concierge experience for you. From start to finish, no detail is overlooked or too small. Every wedding is uniquely designed and systematized to create a wedding that is inspired by you. 

We begin this process by meeting with clients to learn more about their weddings and vision. From there, we’ll establish your venue and implement your vision and inspiration through custom event design and adornment. 

With this experience, you will work one-on-one with a professional member of our experienced team to custom design your dream wedding.  We will also serve as the point of contact and handle all of the communication and back-end work that goes into researching, scouting, and negotiating with vendors. 

This experience also includes guest RSVP management, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and wedding day vendor facilitating.

Your Soirée Experience

Partial Wedding Planning 

Your Soirée Experience is a partial planning experience. This collection is designed for couples who have begun their wedding planning process by selecting a venue and key vendors but need support and guidance through the remaining details of their special day. This experience allows you to work closely with one of our wedding planners while still giving you the autonomy to plan portions of your wedding. 

Throughout the rest of your planning process, your wedding planner with The Soirée Co. will also meet with you to learn about your vision and provide you with additional personalized vendor recommendations, assisting you with setting up meetings, reviewing proposals and contracts, and giving expert advice.  Then, they will act as your support system, providing you with a detailed list of goals to accomplish that are aligned with your specific wedding timeline.

Final Details Experience

Finalizing Your Unique Details 

If you’ve designed your dream wedding and booked most of your vendors, but need some assistance tying it all together, the Final Details Experience is the perfect option for you. 

This experience ensures that you will not have to spend the final weeks leading up to your wedding coordinating last-minute details.

Whether it is finalizing your invitations, taking care of linens, or any last-minute vendor recommendations we provide you with a final checklist of to-dos to keep you organized before the big day. We also step in by becoming your personal liaison for you and your vendors so you can enjoy your final weeks as an engaged couple.
